French Interim Market

Originating from the United States and the Netherlands, where interim management first appeared in the 1970s, it is present in France since the 1980s. Since then, the market has been growing at an impressive rate of 20% to 25% per year. Today the market is estimated to be worth 350 million €.

Interim managers operate on the executive level and 70% to 80% of the time they assume CEO, CFO, CCO or CRHO positions. At the moment, it is still the industry that represents the biggest client sector, as 60% of all assignments take place in industrial sectors. The remaining 40% concern the retail and the service sector.
