At the General Assembly of the 27th of April 2011, Pierre van den Broek has been appointed as the new Chairman of the AFMDT, taking over from Philippe Soullier.

The new Executive Committee will be constituted as follows :

• Chairman: Pierre van den Broek (NIM)
• First Deputy Chairman: Philippe Soullier (Valtus Transition)
• Second Deputy Chairman: Marc Laigret (Transitio)
• Secretary: Bernard Tronel (Essensys)
• Treasurer: Gilles Marque (Actiss Partners)
